Our Unique Process.

  • We meet with you and your designer or architect in your space so that we can understand the scale and specifications of your project. Put it all on the table—from must haves to dream items. It’s important for us to have a realistic sense of your project, timeline, budget and any additional constraints so that we can develop a plan that we can deliver on.

  • We go back to the drawing board. We dive into any initial plans and ideas you’ve provided to select subcontractors and other vendors best suited to your project and start to piece together a general plan, timeline and estimate. We deliver that to you to ensure that we are on the same page in terms of expectations for the implementation of your project.

  • Once we ensure that everyone is on the same page, we incorporate your estimate and the project specifics into our contract and sign on the dotted line. If you want to get ahead of this process, our form contract is available at any time upon request.

  • Each of our clients is assigned a Project Manager who is responsible for keeping tabs on all details of your project. We work hand in hand with your designer/architect to make sure that everything is aligned to implement your project within the agreed timeline—reviewing plans, scheduling subcontractors, ordering materials and commissioning custom pieces from our network of tradespeople.

  • We get to work transforming your space. Kiril and your Project Manager keep close tabs to ensure that materials are in place and subcontractors are scheduled to maximize efficiency. We are in constant communication with you and your designer/architect to ensure that the project is implemented in accordance with plans, that you remain updated and that any unexpected circumstances are dealt with as quickly as they arise.
