Eager to modernize their primary suite, the homeowners of this Lincoln Park condo opted to remodel their bathroom. We replaced the previous vanities but were able to salvage and reuse some of the existing plumbing fixtures, though the rain shower and smart toilet involved new plumbing behind the walls. A mosaic tile floor ties the bathroom creates a sense of connectivity between with the toilet area and shower. The natural stone countertop on the vanities matches the marble on the shower walls, ceiling, trim, niche and door frame. We installed new lighting through out, capping some previous lighting locations to ensure the designer’s vision came fully to life. New millwork runs the course of the bathroom.
