This home in Winnetka underwent a full remodel as all interior finishes on the first floor and most on the second floor were swapped out. The kitchen transformed to be able to accommodate larger crowds gathering around the limestone island. An addition to the building a few years prior expanded the home’s footprint, but the layout wasn’t conducive to the storage and lifestyle needs of a young family. Modifications to the lower level’s floor plan carved out a new mudroom and butler’s pantry to create more storage solutions for the homeowners. We installed all new windows throughout and new doors to the outdoor patio. New lighting, tile, trim, stone, and paint across the home created a cohesive feel across all floors.
