This single family home in Lakeview got a full first floor makeover when we removed the existing fireplace surrounds and cabinetry. New sconces, pendants and under-shelf lighting transformed the living areas. A new custom millwork hood with Venetian plaster finish, reeded glass cabinet inserts, and Zellige tile backsplash breathed new light into the kitchen and butler's pantry. The Venetian plaster finish carried through to the dining room, and fresh coat of paint created a uniform finish throughout the first floor.
